Technology Overload

Today I sat down and watched the DVD clips and read the chapters from the resources provided by my masters in technology program and I have to say that I am on total technology overload! I feel like I have been stuck in the past while the latest technology has taken over a world that I didn't even know existed. The Internet world is so much more advanced than I had ever thought. Did you know that you can create a Reader Simple Syndication feed that updates regularly to include only the sites that you care about most? I had no idea that all of this technology existed and I am now in a state of confusion. Where do I start and how do I implement all of this into my instruction?
